Jeff Kanable brings a wealth of expertise to the Accompany team, with a background spanning multiple commercial real estate sectors. With experience in purpose-built student housing, Jeff served as Project Executive, overseeing the development of 3,000+ beds totaling $320 million. Prior to this, he directed planning and development for Discovery Park District, a $2B innovation district serving Purdue University.
Jeff also led the Contracting office at Purdue's Sponsored Program Services, handling more than 300 contracts monthly. With decades in commercial real estate, he excelled in acquisition, development, and construction nationwide. Jeff's diverse experience and proven success make him a valuable partner to Accompany, driving innovation and contributing to our success.
